QuickPrint Service has its roots in 1961 with Gerald and Maureen Frayne at the helm. Danny and Ann Frayne moved it to its present premises in Sweetbrier Lane, Heavitree. As the client base grew, the first real member of staff started, a lithographic printer. A few years later there was a workforce of five.

Richard Frayne became the first of three to successfully complete a 3-year apprenticeship course at Plymouth Art College for Print as a lithographic printer and more recently has moved into the position of Production Director.

Rebecca Frayne join the business in accounts after gaining a 1st at Cardiff University in leisure tourism and business management.

This millennium the floor space was doubled to accommodate newer and larger digital machinery.

QuickPrint enjoyed our '50 years in business celebration' when we ran several special offers for our customers and staff took part in the Exeter half marathon and commando challenge raising money for local charities.

QP and the Environment

QUICKPRINT take our impact on the environment very seriously.

We already follow a great deal of energy-reducing ecological steps and advice as a result of the ISO 14001 certificate undertaken - check our Environmental Policy Statement.

In 2021 we are increasing our awareness, resulting in offsetting our impact

The first step has been to carbon balance paper. This first month we have helped to protect 138m2 of critically threatened tropical forest - with only more to come!
