Red City Centre – Honiton Road Park & Ride Service withdrawn. Honiton Road Park & Ride – City Centre will be served by services 4 and 4A providing a combined ten-minute daytime service Monday – Saturday. The section of route via Cumberland Way is withdrawn and passengers for this section will need to walk from Honiton Road, or Tithebarn Way.

T City Centre – Topsham Quay Service T will continue to provide three off-peak journeys between Topsham Quay and the City Centre. Following local requests it will also serve Woodbury to provide a link to Topsham, as well as additional journeys into the City Centre. The service will now be operated by Dartline under contract to Devon County Council

Monday to Saturday daytime the service will operate every 30 minutes on both Services R and S. During the evening and on Sunday the service will operate hourly. During the evening and all day on Sunday services will extend from Rifford Road to and from the RD&E Hospital, as a partial replacement for Service H1 and H2
