Craftmongers is a magical shop founded by Wildlife Cameraman Toby Strong.
Toby has travelled the world filming over the last twenty years and has been privileged to meet many incredible people including wonderful makers along the way. He has collected and now works in collaboration with many of them alongside over thirty of the most talented local craftspeople and artists.
With the addition of books, plants and treasures for everyday life, Craftmongers is a truly unique place.
The shop is managed and run by local artist Jodi Lou Parkin. Jodi’s passion for the natural world has led her to set up ‘Feral’ with the aim of reintroducing the UK’s wild flower meadows.
A portion of Craftmongers profits go to support a Madagascan school they were able to build last year called the ‘Devon Friendship School ‘.

We are a small, independent retailer. Located in the seaside town of Teignmouth, South Devon, we have been trading for over 20 years.

Turn Of The Tide has been trading for over 20 years. However, its founder and owner, James Joyce, has worked within the fashion industry for much longer as both a buyer and a designer. Edible Exmoor is the brainchild of Dan Rogers, who wanted somewhere where you could get the information you needed about the food and drink producers in the area in one place, along with somewhere to highlight the local produce that is abundant in the area and the hard work that the people put into them.
