The lively Saturday market is bursting with stalls of all kinds, from fresh produce and delicious bread and treats, to jewellery, paintings, garden plants, toys, books and curios.
The market is located at Matthews Hall in Topsham, with a public car park next door.

We've been at Higher Punchardon for over 40 years now. Three generations help out in the shop. We're a small farm, with about 40 acres of our own. Our herd of 30 cows are Devon Red and Hereford crosses.
We started the shop in 2000, just to test the ground - a shed at the end of the lane! It was successful and we bought a purpose-built building in 2004. We have always produced our own meat and vegetables here on the farm, and thought it would be good to share this with other like-minded people. Our customers care about where their food comes from and how it is treated, and like to support the local economy.

We are a small family farm and our service is simple: we deliver our fresh free range milk straight to your doorstep. Our cows are milked in the fields using our unique outdoor milk production system. This is because we strongly believe that outdoor grazing results in not only higher welfare for our cows, but greater-tasting, healthier milk and a reduced environmental impact.

West Town Farm is a working organic farm producing pasture fed beef and pork.
The farm is part of Higher Level Stewardship and as such is committed to supporting a rich diversity of wildlife. We are passionate about wildlife, and through our membership of an Environmental Stewardship scheme we have improved many habitats for wild animals and at the same time increased our food production. Our three orchards produce many apples as well as providing habitat for voles and owls.
Our main enterprise is beef, reared organically and Pasture-Fed. On a smaller scale we have pigs and grow a variety of vegetables, selling our produce as locally as we can. We sell our meat in our small farm shop, Shillingford Organics and Real Food Store in Exeter.

What’s your favourite thing about The BIG Sheep? The animals of course! Which is great news, as we’ve got hundreds of them waiting to meet you. As we all know, we’re getting used to a ‘new normal’ and so things at The BIG Sheep will be a little bit different for now. But fear not, we still have lots for you to do and see including our sheep, goats, alpacas, llamas, pigs and even a few new arrivals who are out in our fields ready to welcome you back. Also, our roller coaster will be open from Monday, 20th July!
For now, only our outdoor areas will be open to the public. We’ve got our wonderful farm track for you to enjoy, plus a brand new outdoor entertainment area which will be hosting shows and events as soon as we are permitted to do so.
