Established since 1992, Gibson's Plaice are suppliers of high quality, fresh local fish.

We personally buy all our own sea fish, predominantly from the smaller day boats landing at Brixham Fish Market. Not only does this ensure the quality and freshness of the fish we buy, it also keeps the food miles to a minimum.

Whenever possible we have a policy of buying line-caught and sustainable local fish.

Awarded 'Devon's Best Fishmonger of the Year' in 2007 and 2009 and runners up for the same award every year since 2008, we are also listed in the Guardian's Ultimate Guide to Britain's Finest Independent Shops and Suppliers.
