We kindly request that before booking an appointment at the clinic, you book a Pre Treatment Assessment Call with your Practitoner and complete the online Assessment Form so that we can ascertain if it is appropriate for you to come into the clinic.
At present we encourage those who have been advised to shield to not come in to the clinic. We will review this in August. Please do not come if you have been tested as positive for covid 19 in the last 2 weeks or if you are experiencing any possible covid symptoms. If you are unsure if this applies to you book a Pre Treatment Assessment Call.
