We are a specialist service working with older and less able people to either support you through the complexities and practicalities of moving home or where appropriate, adapting your property to suit your long term needs.
We also work with professionals who work in the housing sector, NHS and social care as well as charities, estate agents and solicitors to offer a unique Occupational Therapy and moving service for this client group.
