So here’s the deal. Back in 2014 Nico came up with a pretty ambitious plan. He was tired of the same old average ice-cream which led him and his girlfriend Natasha (Tash for short) on a pretty crazy Ice-cream filled adventure! They travelled the world in search of the perfect scoop and whilst on their travels they discovered some damn good ice-cream (and some pretty awful ones) and soon after returning the decision was made to jump into the ice-cream manufacturing world themselves and produce their very own Super Premium Ice-cream.
In 2016 with equipment sourced from around the world they got to work. The following 18 months consisted of many trials and lots of errors but finally they began to produce some Ice-cream worthy of the name, and in late 2017 Nico’s Creamery was born.
