Exe Trail Cycle Hire is based in Dawlish Warren, South Devon, and is situated on the picturesque River Exe cycle route, a flat and mainly tarmac off-road family cycle trail, listed by the Sunday Times as one of the top twenty family cycle rides in the UK.
As well as cycle hire we also specialise in cycle repair and service, and carry a wide range of parts etc, with a fast turnaround of repairs to any make of cycle.
We are open from 8.30am until 5.30pm, 7 days a week.

Est. in 1991 by Dave Drew, a legend in the BMX community, Green Machine started out taking the shop trackside and offering various home branded modifications. Delving right into the heart of the South West riding community, Dave was a driving force behind the Teign Valley BMX track, establishing the track at Decoy and founding the famous Green Machine BMX racing Team.
Matt and Brian took over the reins in 2008, with BMX riding in their DNA. They are always on hand to support the local BMX community, always with great big smiles on their faces. Matt and Brian met when Brian’s dad presented Matt with his first ever 1st place trophy way back in the early 80’s.

We’ve always cared about the planet, baking naturally delicious, gluten free recipes for everyone to enjoy. Café 3 Sixty is an independent café and wine bar. Warm, relaxed and welcoming to everyone and particularly great for cyclists with our indoor and outdoor bike parking, on-site cycle workshop and fantastic location on the edge of Dartmoor.
The building itself was built in the early 1900’s and was used as a garage for many years. It has also been used to house carpenters, printers and metal workers and most recently served as an auction house. If you look carefully you will notice that throughout the building there are lots of objects that relate to the building’s former use.
In 2016, we fell in love with its character and began creating something totally new to Bovey Tracey; a modern space created almost entirely from the old. Wherever possible, materials that were removed during the conversion, have been reinstated back into the fabric of the building.
